Gilson is one of Melbourne’s most loved neighbourhood restaurants, located opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens on Domain Road. We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant and fast-paced venue.

Food & Beverage Attendant
Food Runner
Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What we're looking for

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

  • Confidence interacting with guests and upselling food and drinks

  • Flexible availability across breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner shifts

  • Previous Sales or Hospitality experience preferred.
